Online Network goes live

The Primi World (Pty) Ltd. Group, famously known for the Primi Piatti restaurant franchise have gone live with their new website! But this is not your average website…

JGH have developed the network on the ice cream platform in collaboration with web designers, Black Sheep Design Studio. The website architecture consists of a main Primi World website and a series of sub-sites, including: Primi Espress, Primi Live and Primi Piatti.

Each sub-site has a unique design that suits the brand and is hosted on a separate database – this means that the content on each site can be managed in ice cream individually and information is shared across the network.

The Primi Piatti stores will soon also each have their very own store site that will link back to the Primi World network. So far, Primi Sea Point and Primi V&A Waterfront, soon to be followed by Primi Centurion, have launched their store sites. This creates an opportunity for each store to market itself via the web and still be aligned with the greater Primi brand.

The beauty of it all is that the new store sites can be created (based on an existing template design and site structure) within a matter of minutes and all that remains is to customise content.

Commenting functionality across the website will allow for customer feedback, comments and interaction. With increased user input, long-term opportunities could include expanding the network to include blog-sites for active Primi World members such as Primi Live musicians and Primi Extreme athletes.
